Job Description
TransGlobe Academy seeks a full-time Admission Counselor to provide pre-sales counseling in-center and online, manage the sales funnel, update enquiries, follow up and handle enrollments. Explain enrollment benefits, maximize lead conversions (calls, referrals), collect accurate applicant data, create schedules, and proactively up-sell and cross-sell. Candidates should have 1+ year in academic/career counseling, inside sales or marketing. Job types: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: ₹15,00–₹30,00 monthly. Work location: In person. Position: Admission Counselor / Course Advisor. Strong communication, customer focus and self-driven development are required.
