Job Description
Trading Smart Edge seeks an outbound-focused, target-driven Telecaller/Lead Generation Executive. You will make outbound calls to qualify prospects, generate sales appointments, handle objections, update CRM, and follow up consistently. Strong spoken English (Hindi a plus), resilience, basic sales understanding, and discipline with targets required. Success is measured by consistent call volume, high-quality qualified leads, clean CRM data, and improving conversion rates. This is not an inbound support or script-reading role. Full-time, in-person. Salary ₹8,00–₹15,00/month. Freshers with strong communication or experienced outbound telecallers welcome.
