About the Company: Tracona Solutions LLP is a Pattom based ortho and rehab hospital.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attend incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Clarify customer queries and explain services.
- Fix appointments and follow up until walk-in.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Thorough computer knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Able to multitask under pressure.
- Prior telesales experience is a plus.
Location: Kesavadasapuram, Trivandrum
Pay: ₹13,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
