Job Description
Tracona Solutions LLP is seeking a proactive Online Vendor Coordinator to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will excel in English communication (Hindi is a plus) and confidently coordinate vendor relations and online orders for cakes, flowers, and gifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely order deliveries with vendors.
- Manage online orders efficiently.
- Handle customer/vendor calls professionally.
- Resolve queries swiftly and maintain documentation of orders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Plus Two education.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience in telecalling/customer service is preferred.
Work Schedule: Mon-Sat, 9 AM – 5 PM; 4 paid leaves/month. Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month.
