We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service / Sales Executive to manage customer interactions through calls, chat, and email. You will understand customer needs, provide solutions, and drive sales through effective communication.
Eligibility includes at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience (International BPO preferred), excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work in rotational shifts.
Compensation ranges from ₹25,00 to ₹38,00 per month based on experience, with additional benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
