Job Description
TOPSLICK MANAGEMENT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring Customer Sales Executives. Qualifications: Graduate or Plus Two; fresh graduates welcome; Plus Two candidates require minimum 1 year of sales experience. Location: across Chennai. Salary: ₹20,00–₹21,500 (in-hand ₹15,500–₹17,500) plus incentives and store bonuses. Responsibilities: maintain product expertise, consult customers, upsell and cross-sell, promote offers and loyalty programs, process transactions via POS, handle exchanges/returns, and meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets while reporting to the Store Manager. Job type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher. Benefits include health insurance, paid sick leave, paid time off, and Provident Fund. Work location: in person.
