Job Description
We seek a proactive, confident Telecaller to engage prospective students, explain our Japanese language programs, fees and admissions, handle inbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email, and convert leads into enrollments. Responsibilities include outbound calling, following up with interested candidates, updating and managing enquiry data in CRM/Excel, coordinating counseling schedules with the admissions team, and delivering excellent customer service. Full-time, in-person role. Pay: ₹8,086.00 – ₹23,892.35 per month. Ideal candidates are communicative, organized, and target-driven, with basic CRM and Excel skills.
