Job Description
Titan Company Limited seeks a Retail Sales Associate to drive sales by greeting and advising customers, meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets, upselling and handling returns. Maintain product knowledge, stock levels, merchandising, and store cleanliness while following SOPs. Support periodic stock audits, keep daily sales records, and report customer feedback and market trends. Full-time role, INR 25,00–35,00/month. Benefits include food, health & life insurance, provident fund, paid sick leave, paid time off, and leave encashment. In-person position at company stores; strong communication, customer service, and merchandising skills required.
