Job Description
Join our kitchen as a Commis I Chef specializing in Continental cuisine. You will assist senior chefs in preparing cold and hot dishes, sauces and stocks, and in precise plating. Daily duties include ingredient preparation, portion control, workstation sanitation, and following recipes and HACCP standards. We are looking for a motivated culinary graduate or equivalent with basic knife skills, familiarity with European techniques, and the ability to work under pressure. Good teamwork, punctuality, and willingness to learn are essential. Prior internship or one year of kitchen experience preferred.
