Job Description
Tigris Valley Wellness Resort is seeking a dedicated Front Office Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will warmly greet guests, handle check-in and check-out processes, and ensure guest satisfaction by addressing complaints efficiently. Responsibilities include managing reservations, maintaining guest records, processing payments, and coordinating with the Front Office Manager on special requests.
Candidates should possess a high school diploma (Hospitality Management degree preferred) and have 2-3 years of experience in a front office or guest services role.
