Job Description
Are you ready to advance your IT career? ThoughtFocus is seeking an IT Associate with over 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide on-site IT support to users, manage and maintain local IT inventory, and deliver onboarding and training support for new joiners. You will also support day-to-day Service Desk tasks in alignment with global team standards and have the opportunity to contribute to global IT initiatives, taking on light engineering responsibilities.
