Job Description
The Sterling Dental Clinic is seeking a customer-focused CRM Executive to effectively manage patient relationships, follow-ups, and appointment coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining patient records, and ensuring the CRM system is updated with accurate patient details. Providing an exceptional experience for our patients is a top priority.
