Job Description
We are hiring a Continental Chef Commis 1 to support our kitchen in preparing European-style dishes. You will assist senior chefs with food preparation, basic cooking, portioning, plating, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Requirements: culinary diploma or equivalent, 1+ years in continental kitchens, knife skills, knowledge of food safety, teamwork, ability to work flexible hours and fast-paced service.
Responsibilities include ingredient prep, station setup, stock rotation, and following recipes and sanitation procedures to ensure consistent quality.
