Job Description

The Shalimar Hotel seeks a reliable Steward to join our Food & Beverage team. You will wash, sanitize and store dishes, utensils and kitchenware; maintain clean floors, counters and equipment; operate dishwashing machinery; remove waste and restock cleaning supplies; assist chefs with basic prep and follow food safety standards. No previous experience required—training provided. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand and lift for extended periods, and be punctual and team-oriented. Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays; full- and part-time available. Competitive pay (₹10,00–₹12,00/month), employee meals, provident fund and growth opportunities within the hotel.
