We seek an experienced South & North Indian Chef for Kolukkumalai Tea Estate (Bodinayakanur, Munnar Hills). Salary ₹18,00–₹22,00 + incentives; food and accommodation provided. Requirements: 4–6 years’ experience in hotels, resorts or estate kitchens; ability to work in hill‑station locations and flexible hours. Responsibilities: prepare authentic South/North Indian dishes, ensure consistency and presentation, plan menus, maintain hygiene and food safety, manage stock and costs, minimize waste, coordinate kitchen staff and follow SOPs.
