Job Description
We are seeking a Front Desk Executive at The Hosteller in Bangalore, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will manage reservations, register guests, process payments, and maintain positive guest relations.
You will handle complaints, document requests, and ensure guest satisfaction. Knowledge of hostel programs and upselling services is essential.
This full-time position offers a salary of ₹18,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month, plus benefits. Candidates must have 2 years of front office experience and a degree/diploma in Hotel Management or Tourism.
Various shifts are available, and immediate joiners residing in Bangalore are preferred.
