Job Summary: The Process Auditor will evaluate the operational processes of third-party recovery agencies involved in debt collection for the bank. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and agreements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- Experience: 2 years in total work, with 2 years in internal audits preferred
- Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency and excellent communication
