Job Description
The Tele-calling & Operations Executive combines outbound calling with backend support. Engage with members to assist with KYC registration, guide them through onboarding, and ensure swift verification. We’re looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to explain KYC processes.
- Guide members through registration and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams for timely member verification.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream with 1 year of relevant experience.
- Understanding of KYC is a plus.
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month. Full-time, Monday to Saturday.
