Job Description
The Dollar Business is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Executive to enhance our recruitment efforts in the domestic market, focusing on sales and BPO sectors.
Job Role:
- Experience in recruitment and resume sourcing via job portals.
- Initial phone screenings and job postings on social media.
- Employment verification and salary negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is mandatory.
- At least one year of recruitment experience in non-IT.
- Proficient in English and Hindi.
Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹30,00 per month. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off.
