Job Description
We are excited to announce that THE COVAI CAREERS is hiring a Civil Coordinator in Coimbatore.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Negotiate changes to contracts with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Develop and implement quality control programs.
- Prepare progress reports for clients.
- Manage the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
- Coordinate meetings for efficient workflow and effective communication.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineers to establish building plans and allocate resources.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
