Job Description
The Choice Canning Company is seeking a dedicated Welfare Officer to support our workforce by providing essential amenities such as canteen services, healthcare, and sanitation facilities.
Your role will include assisting management in leave approvals, advising on welfare provisions, and addressing worker grievances. You will be responsible for maintaining harmonious relations between workers and management and supervising Welfare Committees.
We need someone who can guide our team on statutory obligations, ensure compliance, and help workers acclimate to the working environment. The position is full-time with a monthly salary of ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00.
