Job Description
THE CAREER LINE is seeking a dedicated Company Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for convening and servicing annual general meetings, providing legal and strategic advice, and ensuring compliance with regulatory changes.
This full-time, permanent position offers a salary ranging from ₹700,00.00 to ₹1,00,00.00 per year, along with benefits such as health insurance and a Provident Fund.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years experience as a Company Secretary. Proficiency in Hindi and English is desired.
