Job Description
THE CAREER LINE is seeking a Corporate Legal Executive to manage contract and documentation, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and provide internal legal advisory. Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and reviewing various agreements.
- Supporting corporate compliance and regulatory affairs.
- Coordinating litigation matters and providing support in legal disputes.
- Assisting with corporate governance and documentation for Board meetings.
- Managing intellectual property filings and monitoring infringements.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of ₹30,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance and a Provident Fund. Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Able to Work Under Pressure

- Good Communication Skills
