Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop merchandising strategies aligned with customer expectations.
2. Analyze sales and market trends.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders on pricing.
4. Maximize sales through effective display.
5. Manage store layouts and inventory.
6. Generate new customer leads.
7. Design leather gloves and accessories.
8. Communicate with buyers for sample development.
9. Coordinate production for smooth execution.
10. Maintain organized files.
11. Provide daily management reports.
