Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Company Secretary to join our team at THE CAREER LINE. You will ensure compliance with statutory requirements, prepare and file documents, and provide legal and strategic advice to management and the Board of Directors.
Your responsibilities include managing corporate governance, coordinating with auditors, drafting legal documents, and overseeing Annual General Meetings. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Salary: ₹800,00.00 – ₹1,00,00.00 per year. Benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund. Work location: In person.
