Job Description
The Black Steel is a fast-growing bespoke lighting brand based in Delhi, specializing in functional, industrial designs and personalized service. We are looking for a Growth Operations Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales, production, and logistics teams.
- Assist in client communications and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project timelines and support vendor management.
- Maintain records for operational KPIs.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and client servicing.
Requirements: 2-3 years in sales coordination or operations. Strong communication skills and multitasking abilities. Fluent in English and proficient in Excel.
