Job Description
The Avenue Center Hotel is looking for a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Captain to oversee our dining area and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will supervise staff, uphold service standards, manage food service operations, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervisory Skills and strong Service Standards
- Proficiency in Food Service management
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Hospitality industry experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of F&B management experience
