Job Description

Join us as an Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through application and enrollment. You will evaluate applications, conduct interviews, provide program and financial aid information, coordinate campus visits and outreach events, and collaborate with academic teams to meet enrollment goals. Maintain accurate applicant records, use CRM systems, and report recruitment metrics. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, excellent communication and counseling skills, strong organization, and a customer-focused attitude. Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or student services is preferred. Flexible schedule for occasional evenings/weekends and willingness to travel for recruitment events is required.
