Join THARA AND CO as a Sales Executive responsible for meeting monthly and annual sales targets, expanding market presence, and managing distributors and retailers in your territory. Ensure product availability and visibility, take orders, collect payments, run promotions, conduct market visits to identify opportunities, monitor competitors, and maintain accurate sales records while enforcing company policies. Required: strong communication and negotiation, basic FMCG distribution knowledge, independence, relationship-building skills, and willingness to travel. Full-time, in-person role. Salary: ₹15,00–₹20,00/month. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement and health insurance.
