Job Description
THANAL is seeking a compassionate and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming residents, visitors, staff, and volunteers in a respectful manner. Key responsibilities include answering incoming calls, directing them appropriately, and providing essential information about our services.
You will maintain accurate visitor and resident logs, schedule appointments with medical staff and social workers, and manage incoming and outgoing mail. Additionally, administrative support including filing, photocopying, and data entry will be part of your duties.
