Job Description
THANAL is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to support residents in need. The ideal candidate will assess the social, emotional, and psychological needs of residents, developing individualized support plans. You will provide counseling and emotional support, coordinate with governmental agencies and NGOs for rehabilitation, and facilitate admissions and social reintegration processes.
In this role, you will also conduct group activities to enhance residents’ confidence, maintain case records, advocate for residents’ rights, and participate in outreach programs.
