Job Description

THANAL seeks a Vocational Instructor to assess and train students with special needs. Responsibilities include conducting vocational and functional assessments; planning individualized training programs; delivering practical, adaptive instruction in vocational tasks, daily living, work habits and employability skills; managing vocational classrooms; ensuring safety and discipline; monitoring, evaluating and documenting progress; coordinating with special educators, therapists and parents; supporting independence and vocational readiness; and participating in meetings and professional development. Candidates with DVR, D.Ed or B.Ed and experience in adaptive teaching methods preferred.
