Job Description

THANAL seeks a Psychiatrist to perform psychiatric evaluations, mental status examinations, and diagnostic assessments; develop and implement individualized treatment plans including medication management; provide psychotherapy and counseling; monitor patient progress and adjust treatments based on clinical outcomes; collaborate with psychologists, therapists, social workers, and other medical professionals; maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation and medical records; participate in case conferences, team meetings, and family counseling sessions; and provide crisis intervention and emergency psychiatric care when needed. Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and appropriate medical licensing are required.
