Job Description
Thalikkunnil Sales Incorporate Pvt. Ltd., with 21 years in retail, distribution, engineering and interiors across Kerala, seeks a Telemarketing Executive (Lead Manager) to join our Lead Management Team. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, generate and qualify leads, update CRM/Excel, coordinate with sales teams, and meet daily/monthly targets. Candidates with 0–3 years or freshers with strong verbal communication are welcome. Qualification: 12th pass or any degree. We offer an attractive salary from ₹15,00/month plus incentives, structured training, career progression, paid sick leave, and in-person work at our Trivandrum/Kazhakkuttam/Kollam/Adoor/Kottayam offices.
