Job Description
Join Tescra in Bangalore as a Junior Technical Account Manager (TAM). We are seeking a candidate with 4+ years of account management experience, preferably in a SAAS environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web technologies, APIs, and customer management. Proficiency in JavaScript and knowledge of LMS/CMS is essential.
You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, providing technical support, and troubleshooting. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
