Job Description

Location: Kolkata/Guwahati/Hyderabad
Salary: Up to ₹2.33 LPA + Incentives and Allowances
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for overdue collections via field visits.
- Adhere to company SOPs while maintaining fair collection practices.
- Conduct field visits between 8 AM – 7 PM.
- Provide feedback on cases and update customer information accurately.
- Achieve collection targets and report repayment status.
Requirements:
- Completed 10th grade or above.
- 1-5 years experience in collections, sales, or field operations.
- Must possess a bike and a valid driving license.
- Fluency in local languages and English/Hindi.
