Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic inbound voice sales executives for the Australian Energy process. You will handle inbound calls from Australian customers, advise on electricity and gas plans, convert inquiries to sales, and follow compliance and quality scripts. Requirements: 6 months–2 years international voice experience (sales preferred), clear neutral English, willingness to work Australian shifts, and basic computer skills. Preferred: Australian energy campaign experience and knowledge of comparison selling.
