Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment plans for IT roles.
- Coordinate college recruitment drives with TPOs.
- Conduct campus recruitment events, including interviews and job fairs.
- Manage job postings and candidate screenings.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the IT job market.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience conducting campus recruitment preferred.
