Job Description
TECH U INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY is seeking a dynamic and experienced academic leader for the HOD position. This role includes providing academic leadership, faculty development, and ensuring excellence in teaching, research, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the department.
- Oversee curriculum development and teaching quality.
- Mentor faculty members.
- Foster collaboration and innovation.
- Manage budgets and resources.
- Coordinate accreditation processes.
- Represent the department in meetings.
Qualifications: Minimum 5-10 years in teaching and research with 5 years in a leadership role.
