Job Description
Tech Mahindra is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a vital part of our customer support, you will handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, providing accurate and complete information while resolving issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide accurate information using the right tools.
- Maintain records of interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members as needed.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work night shifts. HSC minimum qualification is required.
Pay: ₹19,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month. Fresher candidates are welcome!
