Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual for the position of Phone Banking Officer in our company, Tech Mahindra, located in Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
Job Details:
- Process: Inbound
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Banking Process (Inbound/Outbound) in BPO Industry
- Skills: Familiar with banking terms and capable of handling customer queries over the phone
- Languages: Excellent communication skills in English
- Shift: Day shift (8 AM – 9 PM), any 9 hours
- Salary: ₹28,00.00 – ₹36,00.00 per month
- Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off, provident fund
*Immediate joiners preferred or those with a 15-day notice period*
