Job Description
Join Tech Mahindra as we seek a dedicated Customer Service Representative in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. We welcome all graduates with prior experience in outbound calling BPO, customer service, email, chat, and retention roles.
The position offers a salary range of ₹18,00 to ₹21,00 per month, alongside benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and a provident fund.
We operate on a rotational shift basis from 8 AM to 8 PM, with 5 days of work and 2 rotational week-offs. Immediate joiners are preferred.
