About the Role: We are seeking experienced Customer Support Associates for our Inbound Voice process. You will be responsible for managing incoming customer calls, resolving inquiries, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. Previous experience in a BPO voice process is advantageous.
Eligibility: Candidates must be Graduates or Postgraduates with at least 1 year of relevant BPO experience. Candidates should also possess excellent English communication skills and good typing speed.
Salary: ₹3.0 LPA to ₹3.8 LPA based on experience.
