Job Description
Join Team Computers as an IT Service Desk professional where you will be the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing tools. Your role will include diagnosing and resolving Level 1 IT issues related to hardware, software, printers, email, and basic networking.
Responsibilities also encompass maintaining incident tickets in ITSM systems, generating reports on incidents and service requests, assisting in IT documentation updates, and providing remote support for users. Additionally, you will support the onboarding/offboarding process, including email setups and laptop configurations.
This position is based in Mumbai (All Areas).
