Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial support to the HR team, assist with recruitment and onboarding, manage employee grievances, and oversee administrative tasks such as budget monitoring, catering organization, and housekeeping maintenance.
Your responsibilities will include managing employee assets, handling travel arrangements, and processing monthly bills. You will also engage in employee engagement activities and maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive organizational data.
This is a contractual/temporary position with a day shift schedule, offering benefits such as food provision, health insurance, and a provident fund.
