Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Shift In-Charge for our Night Shift Production operations at Tatez Foods Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will lead the night shift, ensuring smooth manufacturing processes while meeting production targets and maintaining high-quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage night shift production activities.
- Ensure execution of production plans efficiently.
- Supervise staff and allocate tasks effectively.
- Monitor equipment and handle breakdowns promptly.
- Document production data and shift reports accurately.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From ₹15,00.00 per month | Experience: 4 years in the food industry preferred
