Job Description
As a Collections Executive you will drive receivable collections across multiple sources to reduce outstanding balances and average days past due while preserving client relationships. Responsibilities include negotiating payment plans tailored to customers, monitoring portfolio buckets and DPD segments, focusing on non-starters, providing efficient customer service for disputes and refunds, processing account adjustments, maintaining accurate contact and account records, tracing defaulters with the tracing team, recommending remedial actions, coordinating with sales and senior management for repossession or legal support when required, and ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory policies. Educational requirement: Graduate.
