Job Description

Join TATA Capital as a Customer Sales Executive handling two-wheeler loans. Under supervisor guidance, identify potential customers and collect and validate documents per company norms. Log cases in the system following SOPs and support disbursement processes while meeting required sanction ratios. Meet customer requirements, cross-sell products, assist with vendor empanelment and relationship development, and ensure compliance with audit and RBI regulations under manager oversight. Qualifications: Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline. Strong communication, attention to detail, and basic computer skills preferred. This role involves client interaction, documentation verification, and adherence to processes to ensure timely loan processing.
