Job Description

Join TATA Capital as a Customer Service Executive – Used Car Loans. Under Supervisor/Manager guidance you will: identify potential customers, collect and validate customer documents per company norms, log cases in the system following SOP for disbursement, achieve sanction ratios, meet customer needs and cross-sell products, support vendor empanelment and relationship building, and assist in ensuring compliance with Audit/RBI regulations. Qualifications: Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline.
