Job Description
Manage case-level credit decisions per policy and SLAs, ensuring strict quality. Underwrite loans, oversee disbursements, evaluate collateral, and coordinate with sales and operations. Protect assets by assessing credit requests, setting limits, securing documentation, and communicating decisions. Perform loan and member verifications (including field visits), KYC, bank/passbook and document checks, income/expense reviews, middleman and negative-area checks, CPC checklist, lender loan-card comparisons, bucket monitoring, death-case verification, branch compliance and ICQ closure.
